All items purchased from Cynthia's Crochet & Creations are final sale with no returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all products in our store.

We encourage you to:

Why This Policy?

Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, making every item unique and made-to-order. Because of the custom, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking shows delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package using the provided tracking number
  • Arranging for someone to receive the package if you won't be home
  • Contacting the shipping carrier if you believe your package was lost or stolen
