Shipping & Processing Times
Thank you for choosing Cynthia's Crochet & Creations! Each item in our store is lovingly handmade to order in Nova Scotia, Canada. Please review our shipping and processing information below.
Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Orders for items in currently available colors will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: Not all colors may be currently in stock. If your selected color is unavailable, production time may be extended by 4-6 weeks. We will contact you within 1-2 business days if this affects your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via Canada Post with tracking. Shipping times vary based on your location:
- Within Nova Scotia: 1-2 weeks
- Within Canada: 2-3 weeks
- International: 3-4 weeks (customs processing may add additional time)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer competitive rates through Canada Post.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
